The ceiling on a win, and who sets it
The limit that stops a large Ghanaian payout is on the wallet, not on the betting account.

The thing nobody tells you first
Every comparison of Ghanaian bookmakers, this one included, spends its time on how fast a book pays. That is the right question for an ordinary withdrawal and the wrong one for a large win, because past a certain size the bookmaker is no longer the constraint.
Mobile money wallets in Ghana are tiered by the central bank, and each tier carries a daily ceiling, a monthly ceiling and a maximum balance. A wallet on the lowest tier cannot receive more than a few thousand cedis in a day, cannot receive more than ten thousand in a month, and cannot hold more than five thousand at rest. No amount of speed at the bookmaker’s end changes any of that.
The monthly ceiling is the one that binds
The daily figure is the one people notice and the monthly one is the one that actually stops a payout. Splitting a large win across consecutive days is the obvious move and it does not work, because the monthly ceiling accumulates across those days. Only an upgrade to a higher tier removes it, and at the two higher tiers there is no monthly limit at all.
That makes the practical advice unusually simple, and it has nothing to do with which bookmaker anybody uses. A punter who expects to move real money should have the wallet upgraded before the win rather than afterwards, because the upgrade requires identity documents and a visit, and neither is convenient in the week a payout is sitting in a betting account.
What this changes about the standings
Nothing about the order, and something about how to read it. The withdrawal column measures a book’s own conduct: how quickly it approves and sends. It does not and cannot measure what happens once the money reaches the wallet, because that is the same for every book in the table.
So a reader choosing on speed is choosing correctly for the ordinary case and should not expect the choice to matter for the extraordinary one. The money page carries the full tier table.
